Payment

Payment for a session is due no later than 48 hours (2 days) after the session takes place. If payment has not been received by this point then a charge of £5 will be added for every day that payment is late. If payment has not been made before the next scheduled session, then the session will be cancelled and further sessions will be postponed until payment has been received. Payments can also be made in advance if that is preferable.

Cancellation

If for any reason a student cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify me at least two hours before the session is due to take place and any payment already taken will be reimbursed. If I am not notified, payment will still be expected.

Should a student arrive late for a session, the full amount will be payable and the session will end at the scheduled time. If the student does not arrive within the first fifteen minutes of the session, then it will be cancelled and payment will still be expected.
